IEEE TC-uARCH MICRO-38 papers are candidates for publication in the IEEE Micro "Top-Picks" Special IssueThe 38th International Symposium on Microarchitecture will be held at the new Hilton Hotel in Barcelona Diagonal Mar, the area of Barcelona that hosted the 2004 Universal Forum of Cultures. MICRO is the premier forum for presenting, discussing and debating new and innovative microarchitecture ideas and techniques for advanced computing and communication systems. The goal of this symposium is to bring together researchers in fields related to processor architecture, compilers, and systems, for technical exchange on traditional MICRO topics as well as new emerging research areas. Historically, the MICRO community has enjoyed having close interaction between academic researchers and industrial designers; we aim to continue and emphasize this tradition at MICRO-38. Important datesAbstract Submission Deadline: May 1st, 2005 (11:59pm PST - midnight)Full Paper Submission Deadline: May 8th, 2005 (11:59pm PST - midnight) Author Rebuttal Window: July 10-12th, 2005 Author Notification Date: July 30th, 2005 Camera-ready Papers Due: September 4th, 2005 (11:59 PST) There will be no extensions granted on either the abstract or full paper submission deadlines. Please submit using our website, one electronic copy of the paper in PDF format, not to exceed 22 double-spaced single-column pages and 5000 words. In your abstract you must specify at least 3 keywords to describe your paper. Your PDF paper should not contain the author names and affiliations, and all self-references should be made so that they do not identify you as the author either (blind submission). | ||||
